Important: How Our Fulfillment Works
Omnishopsco is an online retail store that sources products through trusted third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. Products ship directly from supplier warehouses, which may be located in the United States, China, or other international locations depending on the item ordered. This is clearly disclosed so you can make an informed purchase decision.
Because of this model, delivery times are longer than traditional domestic retailers. Please review the shipping timeframes below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 15–30 business days
Please note: These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays). We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Any applicable free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package on our Track Order page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Please allow 2–5 business days after your shipping notification for tracking information to become active, particularly for international shipments.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different supplier warehouses. You may receive multiple tracking numbers — this is normal and not an error. Each shipment will be tracked individually.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@omnishopsco.store with your order number. We will investigate promptly and work with you to resolve the issue, including issuing a replacement or refund where appropriate.
