We want you to be completely satisfied with your Omnishopsco purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re committed to making it right — quickly and without hassle.
Important: How Our Orders Work
Omnishopsco sources and fulfills products through trusted third-party suppliers. Products ship directly from supplier warehouses located in the US, China, and other international locations. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days for US customers and up to 20–30 business days for international orders. We disclose this upfront so you can make an informed decision before purchasing.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, exchange, or refund. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your order number
- The reason for your return or refund request
- A photo if the item is damaged or incorrect
We respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week and will provide clear next steps specific to your order.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Your bank may take additional time to post the refund
- Sale items are refunded as store credit unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
In many cases — especially for lower-value items where international return shipping would be impractical — we may offer a full or partial refund without requiring you to return the item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Simply email us a photo of the issue at support@omnishopsco.store and we’ll resolve it immediately.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because products may ship from international warehouses, return shipping can be costly — which is why we frequently resolve issues with a refund or replacement rather than requiring a physical return.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as a refund to your original payment method. You are then welcome to place a new order for the item you’d like instead. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. Customers outside the US may experience delivery windows of 15–30 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
